Smarthotel Tromso

I was outraged by the cleanliness ! The trash was not collected at all, and my room was left uncleaned for the entire duration. How hard is it to provide basic cleaning services? The breakfast buffet was lackluster and overpriced for what was offered, not to mention that the directions for the parking area were confusing, leading to a distressing experience as I drove into a tight space and scraped my car. It's beyond frustrating!

Enjoyable overall experience. Functional accommodation with amazing location near the centre of Tromso. Comfy bed, decent size and soundproof rooms. Variety of options for extensive and good hot breakfast.

In general the service was welcoming.

Room sizes felt a bit constraining!!! Limited storage options are frustrating for longer trips!!! Better temperature control would enhance comfort!!! Noise insulation could use significant improvement!!!

great location with cozy rooms

The location is top notch, very central with convenient access to everything you need. The bed was super comfy, although the duvet felt a bit too warm for my liking. The room darkening curtains were excellent, providing the darkness necessary for a restful night's sleep in the Arctic. I particularly enjoyed the good waffle station that allowed me to indulge in a late-night snack.

The pillows were fantastic, but they could use more variety.

It's downtown, easy to get to everywhere. It's clear.

The location is fabulous, just a short walk to great restaurants. The shower pressure was the best I've ever experienced!

Excellent location (5 minutes on foot to the Town Hall, Cathedral, main street). Comfortable bed. In the bathroom hair dryer, towels, shower gel).

The basic amenities did not quite match expectations for a hotel experience.
